To deactivate or permanently close your seller account, you must create a support request. Before submitting the request, ensure that all received orders are fully fulfilled. Any pending settlements will be processed and paid to you, and any outstanding penalties must be cleared by you.
Once these conditions are met, your seller account will be deactivated and subsequently deleted. However, if you have received orders in the past, certain seller information will be retained for record-keeping and compliance purposes. Please note that no pro-rata refunds will be issued for account closure.
