You can easily raise a support ticket on Miraqls based on whether you are a seller or a buyer/public user.
For Sellers
Go to your Seller Dashboard → Help → Create Support Ticket.
From there, you can submit issues related to orders, settlements, listings, account management, or any platform-related concerns.
For Buyers/Public Users
You should be logged-in to create support ticket.
Visit the Support → Create Support Ticket section on the website to submit your issue or query.
Miraqls Support will review your ticket and respond as quickly as possible.
