How do I track my orders and their delivery status?

As a buyer on Miraqls, you can easily track all your orders and monitor their delivery progress directly from your account. Once you place an order, every update - from confirmation to dispatch and final delivery - is reflected in real time.
How to Track Your Orders?
  1. Log in to your Miraqls Account.
    Use your registered email and mobile number to access your account.
  2. Go to the “My Orders” section.
    This page shows a complete list of all your past and current orders.
  3. Select the order you want to track.
    Clicking on any order will open its detailed timeline.
What information you can See?
  • Order Confirmation Status - Confirms that your order has been successfully placed.
  • Seller Processing Status - Shows when the seller accepts and prepares your order.
  • Dispatch Updates - Includes pickup time, courier partner details, and tracking number.
  • Real-time Delivery Tracking - You can follow the courier's movement through the tracking link provided.
  • Delivery Attempts and Final Delivery Status - Updates on out-for-delivery, missed attempts, and successful delivery.
