If you as a registered seller on Miraqls, believes that another seller has copied or misused your original content, artwork, images, or product designs, you may file a complaint through:
- The Dashboard Support Ticket, or
- Miraqls Support Email
Once received, Miraqls will:

Review the claim and supporting evidence

Temporarily restrict or remove the disputed listing if necessary

Request clarification or proof from the accused seller

Resolve the complaint based on facts, documentation, and platform rules

If you are not registered at Miraqls (e.g., an artist, designer, or copyright owner) you can report us the infringement by writing to Miraqls support email, and Miraqls will:

Acknowledge the complaint

Request concrete evidence of ownership and infringement

Temporarily block or hide the disputed product if the claim appears legitimate

Seek clarification from the seller involved
If the infringement is verified:

The product will be removed permanently

Penalties may be applied to the seller

In severe or repeated cases, the seller account may be suspended or terminated
