Payments are generally processed promptly unless there is an active dispute raised by the buyer or if a dispute has been accepted and is under review. In such cases, the settlement will remain temporarily on hold until the dispute is resolved.
If there is no active dispute and your payout is still delayed, you should contact Miraqls Support immediately for assistance.
To avoid payout issues, always ensure that your bank account details are accurate and up to date in your dashboard. If a settlement is transferred to an incorrect bank account provided by the seller, Miraqls cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from the error.
