How and when will I receive payment?

Miraqls follows a transparent and secure settlement process designed to protect both sellers and buyers. Payments are released after ensuring that the order is successfully delivered and not disputed.
24-hour dispute window after delivery
Once the order is marked as delivered (based on courier tracking):
  • The buyer has 24 hours to raise a dispute.
  • If no dispute is raised, Miraqls processes the settlement automatically after this 24-hour window.
This ensures the buyer has sufficient time to confirm that the order contains the exact ordered product is delivered and arrived in good condition.
When a settlement will be released?
If the order is delivered and no dispute is reported within 24 hours:
  • The payment for that order is released to the seller.
  • The seller will receive the settlement to their registered bank account through NEFT/RTGS or through UPI.
If a dispute is raised
If the buyer raises a dispute within the 24-hour window:
  • The settlement for that order is temporarily put on hold.
  • Miraqls conducts a detailed investigation to ensure fairness.
  • Buyers must provide valid proofs (photos/videos) to support their claim.
Once the investigation concludes:
  • If the dispute is dismissed, settlement is released immediately.
  • If the dispute is approved, the order is refunded to the buyer, and penalties (if any) may apply only to cover gateway fees or other fee Miraqls pays.

In short, you will receive your payment once the order is delivered, the 24-hour dispute period has passed, and no issues have been reported. Disputed orders are held temporarily but released promptly upon resolution.
