How are settlement cycles managed (T+2, T+7, monthly)?

Miraqls does not follow fixed settlement cycles such as T+2, T+7, weekly, or monthly payouts. Instead, the platform believes that sellers should be paid as quickly as possible once the buyer confirms receipt of the correct, undamaged product.
Here is how the settlement process works:
  1. Order Delivered to Buyer
Once the order is marked as delivered, the buyer gets a 24-hour dispute window to report any legitimate issues (damage, missing items, wrong product, etc.).
  2. No Dispute Raised
If the buyer does not raise a dispute within these 24 hours, Miraqls immediately processes the settlement for the seller without waiting for any cycle.
  3. Dispute Raised
If a dispute is raised or accepted, the payout will be temporarily held until the issue is resolved.
Important Note
If there is a delay due to bank downtime, technical issues, or transaction processing delays, the seller will need to wait until the bank completes the transaction. These external delays are beyond Miraqls' control.
