Sellers can easily view their complete payout and deduction history from the “Settlements” section in the Seller Dashboard. This section provides a clear breakdown of all financial activities related to their orders.
Settlement types:
Settlement
This represents the payout a seller receives for successfully fulfilling an order. Once the payout is transferred to the seller's registered payment method, a bank-generated unique reference ID will be provided for verification and tracking purposes.
Penalty
Penalties are applied when a seller violates fulfilment guidelines, such as:

Not confirming an order on time

Not dispatching an order within the defined fulfilment days

Shipping incorrect products

Any other breach of seller obligations
Charges
Charges are not penalties. They are rare adjustments made only when Miraqls must recover a loss incurred directly due to a seller's actions. These situations occur infrequently and are clearly itemized in the settlements list.
Sellers can review all these details anytime under Dashboard → Settlements, ensuring full transparency of earnings, penalties, and adjustments.
