Children's Privacy and Minor Participation

Miraqls, operated by KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd., is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all users, including minors. Our marketplace is primarily designed for adult users—individual artisans, businesses, and verified creators—who are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. Age Restriction

Miraqls’s services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from minors (persons under 18 years of age) without appropriate legal consent. All users registering on the platform must be competent to contract under applicable Indian law.

2. Participation by Student Artists

While Miraqls celebrates creativity and craftsmanship among young talents, minors are not permitted to create independent seller accounts or conduct transactions in their own name. However, student artists under the age of 18 may participate and showcase their work through the registered account of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The parent or guardian shall complete the registration process on behalf of the student, providing their own valid KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account details.
  • All communications, transactions, and payments will be addressed to the guardian’s registered account.
  • The guardian assumes full legal, financial, and contractual responsibility for the activities of the minor on the platform.

3. GST and Legal Compliance

In accordance with GST laws, only individuals or entities with valid GSTIN may register at Miraqls® and may issue invoices or receive payments.

4. Data Privacy and Parental Responsibility

Miraqls takes special precautions to safeguard any information that may relate to minors participating under parental supervision. The platform does not intentionally solicit, collect, or use personal data from children without verified parental consent.
Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors using their accounts and ensuring compliance with Miraqls’s Terms of Use, Seller Policy, and applicable laws.

5. Compliance and Contact

If Miraqls becomes aware that a minor has registered or conducted transactions in violation of this policy, such accounts will be suspended, and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data protection protocols.
