Miraqls is dedicated to showcasing authentic Indian arts and crafts, and to protect that trust we require all sellers to complete a formal registration process. Both individual artisans and registered business entities may apply to sell, but eligibility is limited to those who create, curate, or legally source handmade or hand-crafted products consistent with Miraqls’s artistic focus. Sellers that deal in mass-manufactured, factory-made, or replica goods are not eligible.
During registration, sellers must provide complete KYC documentation—such as Aadhaar, PAN, and proof of address—along with valid bank account details for settlements. GST-registered sellers must submit their GSTIN.Every application is reviewed by our verification team and only approved sellers are permitted to list. Miraqls reserves the right to reject or suspend applications that are incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform standards.
To maintain transparency, sellers must also provide contact information and declarations about product origin. Any change in ownership, bank details, or tax status should be reported immediately. This registration and verification process protects buyers and sellers alike and establishes a reliable marketplace environment.
Sellers who are registered under the GST regime must upload a valid GSTIN and related registration documents at onboarding. Miraqls validates GST details as part of routine compliance checks and will cross-verify information when necessary to ensure that invoicing, tax collection, and reporting are accurate and traceable. For GST-applicable sales, sellers are required to issue GST-compliant invoices to customers and cooperate with Miraqls for necessary tax reporting. Any attempt to misrepresent GST status, or to bypass statutory tax obligations, will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to the tax authorities. Miraqls will apply TCS/TDS collection rules as mandated by law and clearly show any tax deductions on pay-out statements.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date tax registrations and for notifying Miraqls of any changes. For clarity and audit purposes, sellers must retain invoices and transaction records for the statutory period required by Indian tax laws and provide them upon request.
Miraqls permits only finished, ready-to-dispatch products that are handcrafted or legitimately sourced from recognized artisans/collectives. Every product listing must include an accurate title, clear description of materials, dimensions, product net weight & gross weight inclusive of final Package weight for calculating shipping cost, production method, origin, and any care instructions. Sellers must state if a product is part of a limited series and must not mislead customers about availability.
Product images must be original photographs of the exact item for sale; stock images, images of similar but different items, or photographs that materially misrepresent the product are not allowed. Miraqls may standardize images for site presentation (crop, resize, watermark) but will not alter product details. Listings that are ambiguous, incomplete, or misleading will be suspended until corrected.
Sellers are expected to maintain consistent, accurate metadata—such as SKU, color variants, inventory counts, and processing times—so that buyers receive predictable service. Miraqls performs periodic checks and may request additional evidence (photos of workshop, artist statements) for high-value or suspicious listings.
Miraqls’s model emphasizes finished pieces that can be dispatched immediately, thereby ensuring predictable delivery times and uniform buyer expectations. For that reason, sellers are expressly prohibited from listing custom-made, made-to-order, or pre-booked items that require new production after purchase.
If a seller wishes to operate any sales, enquiry or other services outside the Miraqls marketplace platform with any buyer, Miraqls wont step in for any issues that falls outside the market place platform.
Every seller is required to declare the authenticity and ownership of the goods they list on Miraqls. By listing an item, the seller affirms that the product is an original creation or that it has been legitimately sourced with appropriate rights and permissions. Sellers must not list replicas, counterfeit goods, or items that infringe on third-party intellectual property.
Sellers must maintain documentary evidence—such as workshop photos, artisan affidavits, or procurement invoices—proving the origin and ownership of products, and produce such documents when requested by Miraqls or legal authorities. Items identified as counterfeit or infringing will be immediately delisted; repeated violations will lead to account termination and potential legal action.
Sellers indemnify Miraqls and KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from violations of authenticity or ownership declarations and agree to cooperate fully in any investigations or dispute resolution processes.
Product images and copy are an important trust signal for buyers. Sellers must upload high-quality images that accurately represent the product being sold; images should show the product from multiple angles and include close-ups of distinctive features. Use of third-party images, stock photos, or images that misrepresent scale, color, or material is prohibited.
Sellers remain the copyright owners of the content they upload but grant Miraqls a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote these images and descriptions across the platform and in marketing activities. Miraqls reserves the right to crop, resize, watermark, or edit images for site consistency, but will not materially alter product attributes without seller consent.
Any content that is fraudulent, obscene, defamatory, or violates third-party rights will be removed. Sellers must ensure that product descriptions, claims, and origin statements are accurate and legally compliant.
Sellers set their own prices on Miraqls and must ensure that prices are transparent, inclusive of all taxes (where applicable), and free from hidden fees. If shipping charges are separate, they must be displayed clearly at checkout. Any promotional pricing, discounts, or bundled offers must reflect genuine reductions and must not be misleading.
Miraqls may periodically monitor pricing for anomalous behaviour (extreme mark-ups, predatory pricing, or price gouging during supply shocks). If a listing is flagged for irregular pricing, Miraqls will notify the seller and may temporarily pause the listing until the issue is resolved. Repeated non-compliance may result in penalties.
Sellers must also comply with statutory price display rules and any product-specific regulations that govern pricing or labelling. All platform charges (commissions, fees) will be visible on the seller dashboard and invoices.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time inventory levels. Inventory that is not updated promptly increases cancellations and harms buyer trust; therefore, sellers must mark items out of stock immediately and adjust available quantities as orders are processed. Multiple listings of the same SKU should reflect combined inventory to avoid overselling.
Miraqls may enforce rate limits on available SKUs or require buffer stock for high-velocity items to reduce the risk of cancellations. Repeated instances of overselling or stock-related cancellations will result in warnings, penalty deductions, and potential suspension. Sellers should implement internal processes to sync their inventory with the Miraqls dashboard or API.
Transparency around lead times, batch availability, and sale-ready units is essential. If a seller must fulfil an order with right stock availability, If any order being placed and if seller not able to fulfil the order, Penalty will be imposed on seller as per seller penalty policy.
When a buyer places an order, the seller must accept and process it within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Sellers should have clear internal cut-off times for processing same-day or next-day shipments and must provide accurate handling times. Prompt handover to the designated courier partner is expected to maintain delivery estimates.
Failure to dispatch within the committed timeframe harms buyer experience and triggers a penalty structure: a 4% deduction from the next payable settlement for each late dispatch as set by Miraqls’s penalty policy. In cases of repeated delays, sellers will receive warnings and may face temporary listing restrictions or account suspension. All dispatches should be accompanied by accurate tracking details shared with the buyer and Miraqls.
Artworks and handmade goods often require careful packaging. Sellers must pack items to industry-standard practices using sturdy, protective, and, whenever possible, sustainable materials. Fragile items should include adequate cushioning, tamper-evident seals, and clear “fragile” “Handle with Care” labeling. Each shipment must include a printed invoice or packing slip and a return label where applicable and orders above 50,000 INR requires the E-way bill which should be attached with the product and should produce while handover to courier partner.
Inadequate packaging that leads to transit damage may result in seller liability for replacement or refund and adverse performance consequences. Miraqls may provide packaging guidelines and preferred packaging dimensions; while sellers are free to choose their materials, the final responsibility for safe delivery rests with them.
Sellers should maintain records of packaging materials and packaging checks for high-value or delicate shipments and cooperate with any investigations into transit damage or claims.
To keep buyer trust high, Miraqls enforces penalties for late dispatch and other compliance failures. The primary penalty for failure to dispatch within the promised time is a 4% deduction from the seller’s next sales payout for the affected order. This penalty is applied after order verification and is intended to incentivize timely fulfillment.
Beyond monetary penalties, repeated non-compliance will trigger graduated actions: warnings, temporary restrictions on new listings or promotional activity, reduced search visibility, and ultimately account suspension. Miraqls retains the right to escalate egregious violations (fraud, pattern of consistent delivery failures) to account termination.
Penalty calculations, enforcement timelines, and dispute mechanisms are shown in the seller dashboard; sellers may raise compliance disputes with supporting evidence if they believe a penalty was applied in error.
Miraqls’s returns policy aligns with the handmade nature of products: returns are permitted primarily for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received by the buyer. Buyers must raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and a brief description. Upon claim initiation, Miraqls will coordinate with the seller to inspect and verify the issue.
If a return is approved, the seller must accept the return under Miraqls’s guidance; returned items must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt by the seller. Sellers must initiate replacement shipment if applicable where seller take responsibility for the shipment charges. If seller cannot replacement the return product, Miraqls will refund to buyer within 7 working days after verification. Refunds for verified returns will be processed to the original payment method and conform to the platform’s refund timings.
For non-returnable items (for example, per explicit listing warnings where an item is marked non-returnable but still allowed under law), Miraqls will clearly state this on the product page. However, even in such cases, items that are materially different from the listing or damaged in transit will be eligible for remediation.
Miraqls settles seller pay-outs on a transparent cycle—typically the next working day after confirmed delivery + 48 hours return claiming time. Settlement statements will itemize order values, commissions, taxes, any TDS/TCS deductions, penalties, and other fees. Sellers must provide accurate bank account details and keep them current; pay-outs will be made only to verified bank accounts.
In cases of disputes, chargebacks, or ongoing investigations, Miraqls may withhold pay-outs until resolution. Sellers are notified of any holds, the reason for them, and the expected timelines for resolution. Sellers must promptly respond to pay-out queries and resolve any discrepancies to avoid settlement delays.
Regular reconciliations are recommended on the seller side. Miraqls provides monthly transaction reports and a downloadable statement to assist with accounting and compliance.
At Miraqls, operated by KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to empowering Indian artisans, craftsperson, and creative entrepreneurs by ensuring they receive the full value of their work. To honour this commitment, Miraqls functions on a zero-commission model, meaning the platform does not deduct any percentage from the sale price of products listed by verified sellers. This approach encourages artistic independence and transparency while maximizing the earnings of genuine creators.
Miraqls operates as a commission-free marketplace, where 100% of the product’s sale value (excluding applicable charges such as payment gateway or logistics costs) is remitted directly to the seller.
This model has been designed to:
Sellers receive full visibility of their earnings through detailed sales and settlement statements, ensuring every transaction is traceable and transparent.
While Miraqls does not levy a platform commission, certain third-party operational costs may apply depending on the services availed by the seller. These charges are purely pass-through in nature and are not retained by Miraqls. They may include:
All such charges, where applicable, will be clearly itemized in the seller’s settlement statement. Miraqls maintains complete transparency in disclosing every deduction made during the payout process.
Miraqls operate through an annual subscription model. Every registered seller on the platform is required to pay a fixed yearly subscription fee, which grants access to:
The subscription fee structure is determined by KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd.
This annual subscription fee is not refundable.
Miraqls reserves the right to revise, modify, or restructure its subscription plans, value-added service charges, or payment gateway integrations from time to time. Any such change will be communicated to registered sellers in advance via:
Revised terms will take effect only after the completion of the existing subscription cycle unless otherwise required by law or technical necessity.
All financial interactions between sellers and the platform are documented and auditable. Sellers receive automated settlement reports reflecting:
Miraqls’s zero-commission approach is built on trust, accountability, and empowerment, ensuring that creators retain full value for their craftsmanship while maintaining financial transparency compliant with Indian e-commerce regulations.
Miraqls complies fully with Indian taxation laws and will deduct TDS from seller payouts as required under relevant statutes. These tax deductions will be reflected in the seller’s portal. Sellers must provide accurate PAN details and other tax information to enable correct deduction and reporting.
Where mandated, Miraqls will report and remit collected taxes to the authorities and provide sellers with the necessary certificates or filings. Sellers are responsible for their own tax filings and for ensuring the platform has correct tax details. Any changes in a seller’s tax status must be immediately communicated to Miraqls.
Miraqls will cooperate with audits and provide transaction-level data to sellers for their tax compliance, but sellers retain ultimate responsibility for accurate tax reporting and timely filings.
Sellers must conduct business with integrity, fairness, and professionalism. This includes honest product descriptions, respectful communication with buyers, timely responses to queries, and adherence to all Miraqls policies and Indian laws. Misuse of platform features, fraud, discriminatory conduct, or abusive behaviour toward buyers, couriers, or Miraqls staff will not be tolerated.
Sellers must not attempt to solicit off-platform transactions or interfere with buyer ratings and feedback. Any attempt to manipulate review systems, collude with others, or engage in deceptive practices will result in strict corrective action, including delisting and legal referral.
Miraqls encourages positive seller behaviour through best-practice guides, seller training, and support. Continued poor conduct despite corrective measures may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Miraqls prohibits listings of illegal, hazardous, culturally insensitive, or ethically problematic items. This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit goods, wildlife products and derivatives, hazardous chemicals, weapons, and items that violate national regulations. Items that require special permits (e.g., certain antiques or exports) must not be listed unless the seller can provide valid documentation.
Miraqls maintains a detailed prohibited and restricted list which sellers must consult during onboarding and periodically thereafter. Listing a prohibited item will lead to immediate removal, potential legal action, and account termination. In the case of restricted items, sellers must secure and submit necessary permits before listing.
If sellers are unsure about an item’s status, they should seek clarification from seller support before listing. Ignorance of regulation is not an acceptable defence for listing restricted items.
All buyer-seller communication should occur via Miraqls’s official messaging channels to ensure transparency and for record-keeping. Sellers must respond courteously and in a timely manner to buyer queries related to product details, dispatch timelines, or after-sales concerns. Sharing personal contact details to move conversations off-platform is strictly prohibited.
Sellers should avoid promotional spamming and must not pressure buyers into off-platform payments or private agreements. Miraqls monitors communications for policy violations and may take action if sellers attempt to circumvent platform protections.
Maintaining professional, factual, and timely communication helps reduce disputes and builds a positive seller reputation on Miraqls.
When disputes arise—whether for delivery issues, product condition, or payment discrepancies—Miraqls’s resolution team will act as a neutral facilitator. Sellers must cooperate fully, provide requested documentation (tracking details, packaging photos, invoices), and follow the dispute resolution workflow. Evidence is evaluated objectively and decisions are made in the interest of fairness and platform policy.
If the seller disagrees with a resolution outcome, they may escalate the matter through the formal grievance process. Escalations should include all supporting evidence and will be reviewed by designated officers. Miraqls’s decision at the grievance resolution stage is binding unless otherwise required by law or determined by a competent authority.
Parties may pursue legal remedies independently, but Miraqls encourages using the platform’s resolution mechanisms first to expedite resolution and minimize disruption.
Miraqls reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, legal non-compliance. Temporary suspensions may be imposed while issues are investigated; in severe or repeated cases, Miraqls may permanently terminate the account. Prior notice will be provided when feasible, except in cases of egregious misconduct where immediate action is necessary.
Upon suspension or termination, outstanding pay-outs may be withheld pending investigation and resolution of disputes, chargebacks, or claims. Sellers will be given an opportunity to respond to allegations and provide evidence. Reinstatement after termination is at Miraqls’s sole discretion and may require remediation steps.
Sellers remain responsible for fulfilling obligations for orders placed prior to suspension unless instructed otherwise by Miraqls.
Miraqls collects and processes seller information—such as identity documents, bank details, and transaction records—to operate the marketplace and comply with legal obligations. Miraqls treats seller data with strict confidentiality and uses industry-standard security measures to protect it. Personal data is processed per the platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
Sellers must also safeguard customer information received through the platform and use it only for order fulfillment and permitted communications. Sharing or misusing buyer personal data for unauthorized marketing or other purposes is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
Requests for data access, correction, or deletion will be handled according to the platform’s privacy procedures and legal requirements. Miraqls will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities while protecting seller privacy to the extent permitted by law.
Customer reviews and ratings are important signals of seller performance. Sellers are encouraged to deliver high-quality products and service to build positive feedback. Miraqls disallows manipulation of ratings—including fake reviews, incentivized reviews without disclosure, or review suppression—and will take corrective action when manipulation is detected.
Sellers may respond to reviews professionally to clarify issues or provide corrective steps. If a seller believes a review is fraudulent, defamatory, or violates platform guidelines, they may flag it for moderation with supporting evidence. Miraqls’s moderation team will evaluate flagged content and act in accordance with fair practice and community standards.
Miraqls provides dedicated seller support for onboarding, operational issues, pay-outs, logistics, and policy clarifications. Sellers can raise tickets through the dashboard, email designated support channels.. Standard response times and escalation paths are published on the seller help center.
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Miraqls has appointed a Grievance Officer to manage escalated complaints. Sellers will receive acknowledgment of formal grievances within 48 hours and a resolution timeline—typically within 30 days—unless legal or investigative processes require more time. Sellers have the right to escalate unresolved matters as per the posted grievance flow.
Miraqls also invests in seller education resources—documentation, webinars, and one-to-one support—to help sellers meet compliance and performance expectations. Good faith cooperation with support and grievance processes is expected and required.
