Introduction & Purpose
MIRAQLS Marketplace is dedicated to promoting and preserving authentic Indian arts and crafts. To uphold that trust and ensure transparency, all sellers are required to
complete a formal registration process before participating on the platform.
Both individual artisans and registered business entities may apply to sell, provided
their products align with MIRAQLS’s mission of supporting handmade, hand-crafted, or artistically curated items.
Sellers dealing in mass-produced, factory-made, or replica goods are strictly ineligible.
This policy ensures that genuine creators receive fair
visibility and that buyers can confidently purchase authentic works of art.
Subscription Overview
During registration, sellers must provide complete KYC documentation — including Aadhaar, PAN, and proof of address — along with valid bank account details
for settlement purposes.
Sellers registered under GST must upload their valid GSTIN and registration certificate. Every application undergoes verification by MIRAQLS’s compliance team, and only approved
sellers will receive access to list and sell on the platform.
MIRAQLS reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any application or account found to be incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform standards.
To maintain
transparency, sellers must promptly update any change in ownership, business structure, bank details, or tax status.
As MIRAQLS operates on a zero-commission model, this annual subscription enables artists to sell an unlimited number of artworks without paying any sales
commission. This approach empowers artisans to retain full profit from their creations while benefiting from MIRAQLS’s marketplace infrastructure, promotions, and buyer trust.
Subscription Fee & Payment Terms
- The annual subscription fee is Rs. 18,999/- (inclusive of 18% GST).
- The total amount is payable once during initial registration to activate the seller profile.
- Payment must be completed through the official payment gateway integrated with MIRAQLS Marketplace using UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
- Upon successful payment, an invoice will be automatically issued to the registered seller email.
- Sellers registered under the GST regime must ensure the validity and correctness of their GSTIN.
MIRAQLS will validate GST details as part of its compliance process and may
cross-verify with government databases.
- All invoicing and tax reporting will comply with Indian statutory norms.
TCS/TDS deductions (as applicable) will be shown clearly on payout statements.
- Any misrepresentation of GST status or tax evasion will lead to immediate suspension and potential reporting to authorities.
Subscription Activation
After successful payment confirmation, the seller account will be activated, and the subscription validity will begin from the activation date.
The subscription
remains valid for one full year (365 days), during which the seller can list, manage, and sell products on the platform without any commission charges.
Duration & Renewal
- The annual subscription remains valid for 365 days from the activation date.
- Renewal should be completed before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted selling privileges.
- Renewal fees will be applicable at the prevailing annual rate at the time of renewal.
- Failure to renew will result in temporary suspension of seller dashboard access until payment is received.
Refund Policy
The subscription fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once payment is successfully processed.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Seller account deactivation or voluntary discontinuation.
- Non-usage of the platform during the subscription period.
- Policy changes or pricing revisions after purchase.
Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors during transaction processing. Such claims must be raised within
7 working days from the date of payment and supported with valid proof. Verified refund claims (if any) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10
working days.
Cancellation Policy
The subscription cannot be cancelled once activated.
If a seller chooses not to use their account or lists no products, the subscription will still remain active for its full term and automatically expire after one year.
No partial, pro-rata, or mid-term refund will be provided.
Sellers are advised to review the subscription details carefully before completing the payment.
Non-Transferability of Subscription

The seller subscription is non-transferable and non-assignable.

It is strictly linked to the registered seller account and business entity verified during onboarding.

If the subscription is unused within its validity period, it will automatically expire and cannot be transferred or extended to another account or person.
Termination by MIRAQLS Marketplace
MIRAQLS reserves the right to terminate or suspend any seller account without refund in cases of:
- Violation of the Seller Code of Conduct or Product Listing Policy.
- Failure to dispatch products within committed timelines.
- Repeated customer complaints, fraudulent listings, or non-deliverable orders.
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
- Misuse of the platform or engagement in activities detrimental to MIRAQLS’s reputation.
Termination decisions are final and binding. Sellers may reapply only after addressing the compliance concerns raised by the platform.
Amendments & Updates to Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically based on operational requirements, changes in government regulations, or feedback from payment partners.
MIRAQLS will communicate any revisions via registered email or official notifications on the seller dashboard.
Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
